Dynamics of Asana:
Understanding the key distinctions of ‘extension’ vs ‘stretching’ & ‘action vs motion’ In this two-hour workshop we will experientially explore these two central practice distinctions and learn how to use this understanding to both deepen and increase the benefits of our yoga experience. Students of all levels and experience are welcome.
