2021 Practice & Learning Opportunities


July 18, / August 15,
Pranayama Clinics
Live stream / Sundays 3:00-5:00pm (PST)
These once-a-month classes/clinics are open to students and practitioners who have completed at least one introductory pranayama course and have been maintaining a consistent asana practice for a minimum of two years. My intention is to offer a complete led pranayama practice session and  to address specific pranayama practice questions

You may attend a single session, or register in advance for posted dates. Please register at least 24 hours prior to class. Email me for more info and to register.
