Pranayama Clinics
Sept 24, Oct. 22, Nov. 19, & Dec. 17,
Live-stream / Saturdays 3:00-5:00pm (PST)
These once-a-month classes/clinics are open to students and practitioners who have completed at least one introductory pranayama course and have been maintaining a consistent asana practice for a minimum of two years. My intention is to offer a complete led pranayama practice session and to address specific pranayama practice questionsPlease register at least 24 hours prior to class. Email me for more info and to register.
