These series are offered to support you in deepening your Yoga practice experience and to clarify our underlying methodology of practice. This involves experiencing how the fundamental actions in Asana revitalize our entire system and create the conditions for internal coherence and opening beyond our habitual patterns of contraction. 

Recordings will be available for missed sessions.

Practice Fundamentals

6-week class series in Morro Bay

Mondays beginning August 11,

 9:00-10:30am 

Explore, develop, and apply the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga in a progressive and enjoyable way. You will learn how the practice of yoga asana (yogic poses) and pranayama (yogic breathing) supports the body to become healthier and more energetic, all the while bringing about greater stability, calmness and clarity of mind. Each of these 6 week series  will build toward an in-depth understanding of alignment, balance, and energetic activation in the foundational poses. All-levels of students are welcome! Pranayama Sessions - Online 

Saturdays: Aug. 23, Sept. 20, Oct. TBA

3:00pm-5pm Pacific Time


In these once-a-month classes I will be leading participants through a gentle practice of passive-restorative asana, and foundational pranayama techniques. Emphasis will be on deep relaxation and freeing the subtle breath. These sessions will include time for Q&A to address specific practice questions. Recordings will be available for missed sessions. 


All students with 2 years of regular asana practice are welcome. 

$75 for 3-classes / $30 Drop-In
