Practice Fundamentals
3-week class series in Morro Bay

Join me on Sunday afternoons to explore and apply the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga in a progressive and enjoyable way. You will learn how the practice of yoga asana (yogic poses) and pranayama (yogic breathing) supports the body to become healthier and more energetic, all the while bringing about greater stability, calmness and clarity of mind. This 3-week series will build toward an in-depth understanding of alignment, balance, and energetic activation in the foundational poses and introduce the importance of the sequencing. Pranayama Sessions (online)
Saturdays: April 19, / May 24,
3:00pm-5pm Pacific Time
In these once-a-month classes I will be leading participants through a gentle practice of passive-restorative asana, and foundational pranayama techniques. Emphasis will be on deep relaxation and freeing the subtle breath. These sessions will include time for Q&A to address specific practice questions. Recordings will be available for missed sessions.
All students with 2 years of regular asana practice are welcome.
$75 for 3-classes / $30 Drop-In
