This online morning class series is for students who want to deepen their yoga practice and their understanding of key principles of yogic method. Recordings will be available for missed sessions.

In-Person Workshop 


The Wisdom of Alignment 

The focus of this weekend workshop will be on how we establish and utilize alignment in each of the asana (yogic positions). Through proper alignment, we create the conditions to support greater balance, clarity of perception, and energetic revitalization throughout the entire body. All-levels of students are welcome!

Saturday June 8 

Pranayama Session (online) 

In these once-a-month classes I will be leading participants through a gentle practice of passive-restorative asana, and foundational pranayama techniques. Emphasis will be on deep relaxation and freeing the subtle breath. These sessions will include time for Q&A to address specific practice questions. Recordings will be available for missed sessions. 


All students with 2 years of regular asana practice are welcome. 


3:00pm-5pm PST

Investment: $75 for 3-classes / $30 Drop-In

In-Person 4-week class series


Practice Fundamentals        

Join me on Sunday afternoons to explore and apply the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga in a progressive and enjoyable way. You will learn how the practice of yoga asana (yogic poses) and pranayama (yogic breathing) supports the body to become healthier and more energetic, all the while bringing about greater stability, calmness and clarity of mind. This 4-week series will present an in-depth understanding of alignment, balance, and energetic activation in the foundational poses and introduce the importance of sequencing. All-levels of students are welcome!
